Jazzercise

Jazzercise
is a well-known aerobics workout, done in classes ranging from a few people to several dozen, depending on the individual class. Instructors are certified and very knowledgeable: they not only teach you the steps you need,
but create choreographed routines and provide instructions for lower-impact workouts and injury prevention. You can find Jazzercise classes in most towns, offered at various times of day, for very reasonable prices.

At first, you may feel like a klutz; aerobics has its own language, and Jazzercise does too. But it doesn’t take long to get the hang of it, and if you’re feeling bashful, just remind yourself that everyone in the class had to start out as a klutz.

Don’t get caught up in trying to compete with more experienced students; you’ll just end up sore. In a pretty short time, you’ll be jazzercising with the best of them.
